Instructors working for TriSkills have Gymnastics, Dance and/or Sports coaching accreditation, and have completed a minimum of 2 tertiary levels of a physical education / sport science course or have similar experience. All Instructors have current first aid qualifications. Prior to teaching in primary schools, personnel are trained to teach the TriSkills way.

Lessons can be taught with classes of up to 30 children in an area equivalent to a double classroom. Subject to the weather, gymnastics can also be taught outside. Sports and Athletics are taught out doors on grass or bitumen and parts of the program can also be taught indoors in bad weather. Special Events outdoors can cater for the entire school.

To achieve results and value for money, it is recommended that schools participate in blocks of 5 or 10 lessons but any number of lessons can be booked subject to the available dates.
