We were established in 1990 from a vision to go into schools and provide high-quality physical education programs that have learning, enjoyment and achievement as the foundation for success. We use purpose-built equipment to provide curriculum-approved gymnastics, athletics, dance, and sports and fitness programs. Our teams of experienced, qualified instructors work in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, and their surrounding areas.

As structured physical education and fitness training improves academic performance and self-worth, reduces stress and obesity, and enhances sleep patterns and overall wellbeing, our passion is to work with children to encourage the development of life-long movement.

We do this by:

  • Trailers packed with child-friendly equipment that allow us to teach gymnastics, athletics, dance, and sports and fitness programs
  • Experienced teachers who are qualified to coach children across all areas of physical education
  • Approved programs and skill progressions which meet physical education curriculum requirements
  • Teacher assessment packs for students participating in the physical education programs we provide
