The
program is conducted over 5 to10 weeks of 30 to 40 minute lessons for up to
10 classes per day. We provide the necessary equipment, including Roobak
Rebound Nets, Kanon Ball Machines and kits of bats, balls and supplementary
apparatus designed for each age sector across a range of sports.
The
program progresses from the fundamentals of tracking, stance and hand eye
coordination for the lower primary students to specific techniques and
games in middle and upper primary.
The activities
develop skills in controlling, propelling and receiving

Bubble balls, beanbags, catch balls, hoops, tennis balls
and rings. Activities designed to encourage skills of rolling, bouncing,
trapping and throwing.
Roobak rebound nets: Stationary activities and games to
develop catching and throwing with large balls and teamwork.
Hockey, Tennis, Cricket, Soft Crosse: Activities using
striking skills with different sporting implements.
